1.. Open an Internet Explorer Window
2.. Click on "Tools"
3.. "Internet Options"
4.. Open the "Privacy" Tab
5.. Click "Advanced"
6.. Make sure that BOTH "Override Automatic Cookie" and "Always Allow
Session Cookies" are CHECKED
7.. You should select "ACCEPT First Party Cookies" and "BLOCK Third
Party Cookies"
8.. Click "OK"
9.. Then go to the bottom of the "Privacy" Tab and Select "EDIT"
10.. Add this address to the "ALLOW" Button

IF THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT WORK.

 FOLLOW BELOW INSTRUCTIONS:

Please do the follow to force a new install of the software.

1) IE and click > Tools > Internet Options > Clear cookies and Temp Files

Close all IE Browser Windows.

Then open a new window and go to www.orbitalk.com/clearcookie.asp and follow the online instructions.

2) Then go to your c drive and delete a folder called ChatterBox

3) Repeat step one

4) Click on a room link. You will be promp
